Lack of exercise sends a signal to your body that you may be injured, slowing your metabolism and inhibiting ovulation (and thus your Venus). To maximize your Venus, especially when you are not in your Venus Week, or no longer cycling, commit to a minimum of 22 minutes of aerobic exercise per day (150 minutes per week), such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, swimming -- combined with a yoga or Pilates practice at least two times a week.
